About Kam

Kam Gura is a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based information.

 

Focuses on: 

- Hormone regulation (PCOS symptoms)

- Reducing insulin resistance 

- Promoting gut health

- Weight Management

 

Kam's holistic approach aims to nourish both the body and mind, fostering overall well-being.

I began my Holistic Nutrition journey in 2022 after first hand experience with an amazing Holistic Nutritionist who changed my views on what optimal health is. Recognizing the challenges of today's food environment and diet culture, my approach to practice focuses on whole foods that provide optimal nutrition for the unique body and psychosocial aspects of oneself.

 

I believe providing evidence-based information to guide clients in their health journey will build long-lasting habits towards wellness.
